Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled 12 or more hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for reschedule only, not a refund. You may move your session to a new available time slot, subject to the coach's calendar.

2. No-Show Policy

No-shows are non-refundable. If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not inform us at least 12 hours in advance, the session is considered used and no refund or free reschedule will be provided.

3. Late Arrivals

If you join late, your session may still need to end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. The full session fee applies and no partial refunds are provided for late arrivals.

4. Coach Cancellations

In the rare event that Vikas needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new time slot at no additional cost. If a suitable time cannot be found, a full refund may be provided at the coach's discretion.

5. Bundle Bookings

For bundle bookings (e.g. 3-session Transformation Bundle), all sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions are not automatically refundable. Rescheduling rules still apply (12+ hours notice).

6. How to Request a Reschedule

To request a reschedule, please reply to your booking confirmation email or send a message on WhatsApp using the contact details provided on the website. Include your name, session type, and original booking time.
