Vikas is not a licensed medical or mental health professional. Any guidance provided during sessions is for educational and supportive purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes. By booking a session, you agree to take full responsibility for how you apply the insights and tools shared.

4. Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential. Personal details shared during coaching will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Payments

All session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before booking.
